This depends on the vehicle type. Please specify your luggage requirements when booking to ensure appropriate vehicle selection, but most vehicles can accommodate 3 suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage, however estate vehicles can accommodate slightly more. Please specify whilst booking.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
There is no additional charge for late night or early morning pick up’s, neither is there any additional charges for weekend or bank holidays journeys. Our fares are fixed and the same throughout the year, though we review our fares every January to ensure we stay competitive.
We can accommodate multiple pick-ups on the way to your destination, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will schedule this into the booking and provide a price for this.
We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience, including cash, bank transfer, and card payments directly in the vehicle. Just let us know your preferred method when booking or during your journey.
